When does the sample sale run?

The sale prices are valid from November 21 - 27.

 

Are any items excluded from the sale?

Yes. Only select items are included in the sample sale.

 

Will items be restocked?

Many of the items included have very limited inventory available, we suggest shopping quickly as items will sell out and will not be restocked.

 

When will my items ship?

Orders will begin shipping on November 28

 

What if I need items faster?

Unfortunately due to the extremely high volume, we will only be offering standard shipping during this time. 

 

What is the return or exchange policy?

ALL Sample Sale items are FINAL SALE & not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Is there a discount code we need to enter?

No discount code is required to shop the sale. All sale styles are marked at their final price.

 

Can I use additional promo codes?

No. Any additional promo codes will not be eligible for use.

 

What about new items not on sale?

Use code BF40 for 40% off all full priced items on site during our Black Friday Sale.
